It's no secret that Yves Saint Laurent's name is heard by everyone who is not even familiar with his work.
His style, his sensitive taste, all this creates a new fashion and a new era in the world of fashion

I want to tell you frankly that Yves Saint Laurent is one of the most inspiring and best designers in my opinion.
I don't want to talk about what's going on with his fashion house now and how is's evolving, though, to admit honestly, things are going pretty well. But the time when Yves worked himself, when he  "felt women " and sought to show their true beauty is definitely worthy of respect.

Yves sen was born in Oran and at the age of 17 took part in the competition of young designers.

 And almost 10 years later, Saint Laurent opened his own fashion house Yves Saint Laurent, whose logo was the three gilded letters YSL. The first collection from Yves Saint Laurent, shown in that year, created Saint Laurent a reputation of an anarchist from fashion. The designer brought to the podium a model in a double-breasted suit, which until then was considered a privilege of men image. Saint Laurent was the first who represent a woman in a shortened trench coat, as well as in transparent blouses. 

One day he said, "I wish I had invented blue jeans. They have expression, modesty, sex appeal, simplicity-all I hope for in my clothes  ". Who would have thought? Fashion designer with luxurious images and costumes just adored simple jeans. Maybe he was closer to people than we think.

Saint Laurent invented a women's tuxedo, the show of which made a splash in the fashion world and during his life made the Maestro a legend.
